founded the National Aesthetics Training Academy (NATA) in 2020 with a clear ambition: to raise standards in aesthetic education.
With 28 years of nursing experience and 14 years in aesthetic medicine, my career has been shaped by patient safety, professional standards and evidence-based clinical practice. I have taught practitioners at every stage of their careers and delivered education for leading brands including Vivacy, FILLMED and DermaFocus.
In 2023, NATA made an important transition from delivering training to providing regulated aesthetic education.
Working with OTHM and the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP), we developed our Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies and successfully achieved JCCP approval in 2024.
Today, NATA provides structured Level 3–7 educational pathways, supporting both healthcare and appropriately eligible non-healthcare practitioners as they progress through aesthetic education.
Our philosophy is simple: practitioners should understand not only how to perform a treatment, but why, when—and when not—to treat.
As regulation and licensing develop, NATA will continue to evolve with them.
Our purpose remains unchanged: to develop knowledgeable, competent and confident practitioners through high-quality, evidence-informed education—placing patient safety at the heart of everything we do.
