To say I love cakes and decorating all things sweet, is an understatement. I LOVE my job! Baking and making cakes is not only my career (over a dozen years now), its my passion!
I am so thankful that in 2011 the Texas Cottage Food Law was passed and I could now bake and sell cakes from home. I could take a leap, and follow my dream…. become an entrepreneur, own a bakery, and work from home.
With the training and experience I gained from Wal*Mart, Central Market and Who Made the Cake!, and A LOT of encouragement from my family, Frosted Memory Maker! was created. For over a decade more cakes than I can count have been created in my kitchen and I am truly grateful for each of celebrations I’ve taken part in. I have also spent the last 5+ years at Over the Top Cake Supplies teaching classes, parties, and private lessons to those wanting to learn more about baking and decorating.
I cherish my craft, the opportunity to take part in all types of celebrations and the ability to make memories on your happiest days! I am honored to be part of your family’s celebrations and memories!
From engagements and weddings to baby showers and birthdays, I see families grow. We celebrate graduations and class reunions and take part in sporting events and corporate achievements… all with cake and sometimes cookies and cupcakes! Every occasion should be celebrated!
Julia Child said it best “”A party without cake is just a meeting””!
In addition to custom designed cakes, I also create custom decorated cupcakes, decorated cookies, and cake pops! Cookie trays, macarons, truffles, fudge, brownies, muffins, and much more. Are all available, and any combination would make an excellent dessert bar!
