The Meadowglade

The Meadowglade Outpatient Center is a mental health treatment center in Moorpark, offering evidence-based full day therapeutic programs with optional supportive housing and half day intensive outpatient treatment programs (IOP). We are easily accessible from locations throughout the Conejo Valley, including nearby Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Simi Valley, and Santa Clarita. We customize programming for various conditions ranging from trauma and depression to PTSD and eating disorders.
