Extra Super P Force is a combination medication that contains two active ingredients: sildenafil citrate and dapoxetine. Sildenafil citrate is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), which helps in delaying ejaculation and improving control over ejaculation.
