Darwin Fitness : personal training in Winter Park, Orlando and Maitland area. Our staff of 3 personal trainers include one female fitness trainer. We are specialized in weight loss training (programs includes nutrition), golf fitness, sports conditioning, senior fitness and personal training for kids and teenagers. We work with a large variety of adults emphasizing functional training (balance, coordination and core stability are always part of our workouts). For 10 years we coached a large number of young athletes helping them to perform better at lacrosse, tennis, volley-ball, soccer, football, baseball, basketball… Our expertise in golf performance helps golfers with their swing and ability to stay injury free or recover faster.
