How to Ensure Emails from Our Website Are Not Lost in Spam Filters
This guide is for external users who receive emails from our website but sometimes do not see them in their inbox. Depending on your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo), here’s what you should do so that our emails are always delivered correctly.
Gmail – Mark Our Emails as “Never Send to Spam”
Steps:
- Log in to Gmail.
- Click on ⚙️ Settings → See all settings.
- Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
- Click Create a new filter.
- In the From field, type our domain:
@world-business-zone.com - Click Create filter.
- Check Never send it to Spam.
- Confirm with Create filter.
Tip: If any of our emails are already in your Spam folder, open them and click Not spam.
Outlook.com – Add Us to Safe Senders
Steps:
- Log in to Outlook.com.
- Click ⚙️ Settings → Mail → Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
- Enter our domain:
@world-business-zone.comand save.
Tip: Also check your Junk Email folder regularly. If you find our emails there, mark them as Not junk.
Yahoo Mail – Mark as “Not Spam” and Add Contacts
Steps:
- Log in to Yahoo Mail.
- Check your Spam folder. If you find any of our emails there, select them and click Not Spam.
- Add our address office@world-business-zone.com to your Contacts.
- (Optional) Create a filter:
- Go to Settings → More Settings → Filters.
- Add a rule where emails From
@world-business-zone.comare delivered to your Inbox.
Note: Yahoo filters only work after the spam filter, so step 2 (Not Spam) is very important.
General Best Practices
- Always check your Spam/Junk folder if you are expecting an email from us and don’t see it in your inbox.
- Mark our emails as Not spam/Not junk if they appear in those folders.
- Add our email address/domain to your Contacts or Safe Senders list.
