Dr. Ma graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine with a bachelor’s degree in Medicine in 1998. In 2004 and 2007, he received a master’s degree in Peking Union Medical College and a master’s degree in psychiatry. Dr. Ma is doing postdoctoral research at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Ma became a National Board certified acupuncturist and licensed acupuncturist in Maryland.
