XLeap builds on research of the US military which could not accept that issues of rank should prevent their people from sharing vital information and from discussing such information open-mindedly as a group. The military wanted such information to be brought forward immediately, not just when it was that person’s turn to speak. Further, they insisted on groups aligning their priorities efficiently and thus focusing on the most critical issues.
